All YUASA YTX / YT series "Liquifix" batteries use AGM technology which consists of an Absorbent Glass-fibre Matting between the lead plates inside the battery. Our permanently sealed maintenance free motorcycle battery never needs refilling; however, it still needs periodic charging.
